About Paytient:
We’re on a mission to help people better access and afford care.

Every day, millions of people, and their loved ones, need to see a doctor. For most of us, that moment is an uncertain one - we’re unsure of what’s wrong, who to go to, how long it’ll take to be seen, when we’ll feel better, and what it’ll cost.

Paytient partners with thoughtful employers and health plans who understand the impact of that moment and want to ensure that every one of their plan members are easily able to access and afford care. Our clients understand that an improved ability to self-pay for care changes patient behavior and creates value for the health plan.  This founding belief is becoming an emerging standard of care in health plan design and is now, in fact, a mandatory capability in some governmental health plans. Founded in 2018, Paytient is now part of nearly 6,000 employer health plans and providing certainty that people are better able to access and afford care.

We’re looking for passionate, collaborative builders to join our team and help us create a future where everyone can more easily access and afford care.
About The Role

Are you a high-impact, AI-forward Senior Project Manager, Marketing Management who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, creativity and business execution? You will serve as the operational engine behind our product launch, campaign execution and channel enablement initiatives with a keen understanding of what ‘great’ looks like in a modern high growth marketing team and the ability to help us get there fast.

Reporting to the Vice President of B2B Growth Marketing, you will bridge the gap between go-to-market strategy and executional excellence for the most critical initiatives across the B2B Growth, Member Growth and Brand Marketing teams. You aren't just a task coordinator; you are an operational architect responsible for aligning our cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and budgets to ensure every initiative hits its mark. This role is pivotal in protecting our brand consistency, accelerating time to market and maximizing the impact of our initiatives as measured by increasing pipeline volume, pipeline quality and revenue.

What You’ll Do
  • Overall Marketing Statement
  • Orchestrate a cross-functional B2B Growth Marketing management system: that ensures complete alignment on strategy, execution and metrics that hit our annual goals.
  • Orchestrate Product Launches: Align development timelines with messaging, sales materials, and campaign execution to ensure total go-to-market readiness at point of launch.
  • Lead campaign execution process: ensure all campaigns are developed, executed and activated across the business as appropriate in alignment with lead and product launch goals.
  • Build the Sales Enablement Engine: Partner with Product Marketing to develop and maintain a world-class, modular repository for pitch decks, collateral, battlecards and demo scripts that empower our sales and channel partner teams.
  • Member Growth Statement: Partner closely with the Member Growth team to operationalize lifecycle marketing strategies across the funnel, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, and optimized for impact. Support the execution and scaling of high-impact member initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination. Bring structure and visibility to Member Growth priorities by tracking progress against goals, surfacing risks, and ensuring cross functional teams are aligned on timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.

Brand Marketing Statement: Partners with the Brand Program Manager and the Brand Marketing team to scope out, produce, and deliver creative and content assets that support and promote GTM initiatives.

  • Champion Modern Workflows: Actively contribute toward building an AI-forward marketing team that consistently demonstrates advancements in productivity and ROI - automating the routine while freeing the team to focus on high-value strategic work.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing project management, ideally within a high-growth B2B, healthcare, or FinTech environment.
  • Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile Marketing certification is highly preferred
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep experience with unified work management platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Leadership: A collaborative mindset with the "soft power" to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Agility: The ability to pivot fast based on market momentum or performance data.

  • Medical, dental and vision insurance
  • $4,400 annual HSA contribution
  • Paytient Health Payment Account (HPA)

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
