Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong project management experience and working knowledge of SQL to join our growing team in the telecommunications industry. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data-driven initiatives. You will manage analytics projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end analytics and reporting projects, including scoping, planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product, and business operations
  • Work within an Agile environment, managing backlogs, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Jira
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and progress reports
  • Proactively identify risks and mitigation plans to ensure timely project delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and workflows
  • Translate complex technical details into clear, actionable insights for business audiences

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, business analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in analytics or data-focused roles
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Snowflake)
  • PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record managing analytics, Businses Intelligence, or IT projects
  • Solid experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data pipelines, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
