  • Serve as a Scrum Master to guide teams through agile methodologies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Lead analytics implementation using JIRA and roadmap tools to ensure all projects across the digital ecosystem have analytics representation.
  • Manage end-to-end analytics and A/B testing projects using platforms such as Adobe Target and Google Optimize.
  • Facilitate weekly optimization strategy, grooming, and readout sessions to communicate data insights and results with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage intake processes for all analytics and testing requests and requirements, creating weekly prioritization of roadmaps and work via tools like JIRA and Jira Product Discovery.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships related to analytics and optimization technology across platforms.
  • Plan and communicate key releases and updates across analytics projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of project management and/or Scrum Master experience, preferably in analytics, data science, or similar technical fields.
  • Strong knowledge of data and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Understanding of mobile apps, Connected TV Platforms, OTT services, Web and general digital media technologies.
  • Proficiency with agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), including experience leading sprint planning and execution as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, AirTable, Jira Product Discovery or other project management tools is preferred.
  • Proven relationship-building and workshop abilities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating project alignment and driving successful collaboration across multiple teams to define desired outcomes.
  • Skilled in creating actionable plans in fast-paced, agile environments, balancing timelines, resources, and ambiguity to ensure project success.

  • Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus.

  • The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 USD per year. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
