Harris is looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic Program & Construction Management team in Pasadena, California.
The Senior Project Engineer will assist the day-to-day efforts related to program management of K-14 based projects including programming, planning, design, procurement, construction, and asset management projects for our clients.
Duties:
The annual salary for this position is $95-115K. This will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate.

Harris is looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic Program & Construction Management team in Pasadena, California.
The Senior Project Engineer will assist the day-to-day efforts related to program management of K-14 based projects including programming, planning, design, procurement, construction, and asset management projects for our clients.
Duties:
- Provides on-site technical and administrative support for construction activities at District facilities
- Assists Project Managers and Admin Staff with field coordination, documentation, inspections, and tracking of construction progress
- Supports monitoring of contractor performance, safety compliance, and quality standards
- Assists with closeout documentation, punch lists, and coordination with school sites and District staff to minimize operational impacts during construction
- Other duties as necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting construction projects ideally in facilities maintenance or public works environments
- OSHA-10 certification (must be obtained within 1-year of employment)
- Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record required
- OSHA-30
- Experience working on K-12 or public agency construction projects
