KBR is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to join our team in El Segundo, CA. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, hand selected systems engineering team defining the next generation of space communication systems supporting US Space Force and Space Systems Command (SSC), Spectrum Warfare Systems Delta (SZW). In this role, you will support Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) activities in a multidisciplinary environment. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the program. You will work onsite, co-located and closely integrated with the Government Customer. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage integrated program schedule(s) using Microsoft Project with data sourced from Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) as well as lower-level contractor schedules
  • Establish schedule points of contact, conduct training, and institute a defined schedule management process
  • Interface with customer, project team, and internal program management. Prepare and present briefings on schedule status and program health to the project team and varying levels of management
  • Perform schedule analyses, including critical path analyses and schedule issue identification and resolution
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly delivery of integrated master schedule to customer
  • Publish and distribute program schedules to multiple organizations and stakeholders over multiple computer systems

Required Qualifications: 

  • BA or BS degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics
  • At least 5 years’ demonstrated experience in critical path scheduling and performing schedule risk assessments (SRAs)
  • Experience with creating and managing MS Project schedules
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized individual, capable of handling multiple competing priorities and comfortable working across multiple domains and disciplines
  • Excellent initiative with data gathering, schedule data analysis, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to deal with ambiguous and fast-paced situations
  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered for this position

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • OnePager fluency and/or eye for graphic design of summary schedules

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Basic Compensation: $90,000 - $165,000

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
