As a Senior Program Manager within the Globalization team, you shape how global work happens at Riot. Reporting into the Innovation function, you are a strategic partner across our organizational portfolio translating direction into the blueprint of scalable operation models across Content Production, Localization and Publishing. You design systems, frameworks and transformation initiatives that enable cross-functional teams to operate with clarity, speed and global impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Program Leadership
    • Act as a strategic thought partner in defining multi-year priorities and investment focus.
    • Translate portfolio strategy into executable transformation roadmaps.
    • Help define and evolve scalable frameworks across Content Production, Localization and Publishing
    • Orchestrate execution, manage dependencies, and drive sustained adoption
    • Embed globalization considerations upstream into planning and production workflows
  • Transformation & Process Optimization
    • Identify systemic friction across the content-to-release lifecycle.
    • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that reduce rework, increase predictability, and improve throughput.
    • Identify and prioritize automation and AI implementation opportunities.
    • Design change management strategies to drive adoption and alignment.
  • Data Strategy
    • Define the metrics that matter across global readiness, time-to-market, launch predictability and quality.
    • Support the program management function to ensure strong reporting frameworks and actionable insights.
    • Conduct root cause analysis to inform strategic decisions and future investment.
    • Provide executive-ready insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with content production workflows and digital asset management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable workflows that support asset creation, localization, distribution, and lifecycle management across a global ecosystem.
  • Experience designing and scaling cross-functional operating models.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex datasets
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across disciplines
  • Experience driving change in matrixed environments
  • Familiarity working with tools and platforms supporting the content lifecycle
  • Familiarity working with fast-paced teams in marketing and broadcasting environments
Requirements: 
  • 6+ years as a program manager in gaming, tech or entertainment
  • Help define and evolve scalable frameworks across Content Production, Localization and Publishing

For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and choices that focus on your fellow Rioters, who are the customers of your work. Being a dedicated fan of games is not necessary for this position!
