We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead, scale, and optimize our fastest-growing division. This is not just another leadership opportunity, this is your chance to take a high-potential pilot and transform it into a repeatable, world-class operation.
In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the growth strategy of our Small Teams division. You’ll serve as the central driver of cross-functional alignment, ensuring tight collaboration and operational synergy across all major departments, including Sales, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Training, and Client Success.
Your ability to connect the dots across these critical functions will be essential in transforming our high-potential pilot into a scalable, high-impact business unit.
What you will do as a Senior Program Manager

  • Operationalize the Offering – Build a repeatable operations playbook across departments by Q3 2026.
  •  Revenue Growth – Scale Small Teams from $100K to $1M+ in annual revenue by the end of 2026.
  •  Margin & Efficiency – Double our gross margin from 15% to 30% with strategic hiring, onboarding, and delivery improvements.
  • Client Success – Achieve 85%+ client satisfaction and 12-month retention rates.
  • Team Leadership – Build a cross-functional team, hire 2+ support roles, and lead with influence and collaboration.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and a high sense of accountability
  • Skilled in program management with a system-oriented approach
  • Experience in marketplaces or managed services environments
  • Strong command of KPIs, financial levers, and scaling teams
