Join a team of development program professionals to manage & lead Honeywell programs. You will work under minimal supervision of the CBT Program Director, to execute a development program of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams (of functions and Centers of Excellence). You will lead the execution of a multi-system program that is complex in nature and span several major domestic locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You will define, generate & implement program plans.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management for complex engineering development programs.
  • Requirements Management & Fulfillment, Planning/Estimation
  • SOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru Integrated Master Schedule
  • Risk Management -Identification & Mitigation- Change Mgmt
  • Cost & Financials (ex. RDE, spend, forecast, variance)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • Has authority, is accountable for program execution
  • Requirements Management & Fulfillment, Planning/Estimation
  • Scheduling including resource-loading critical path analysis

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

The annual base salary range for this position in California is $ 196,000 - $ 245,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
