About the role

As the Senior Program Manager, Rentals Media Strategy & Growth, you will drive operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration for Zillow’s Rentals media initiatives, with a primary focus on multifamily rentals. Your work will have a direct impact on streamlining media workflows, supporting product adoption, and enabling the success of our Rentals business. You will play a key role in connecting teams, optimizing processes, and supporting the growth of innovative media products.

You Will Get To
  • Serve as a liaison between Zillow Media Experts, Rentals Ad Product, Sales, and partner teams to align priorities and drive unified initiatives.

  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in cross-team workflows, ensuring seamless execution and clear accountability.

  • Collaborate with the Rentals Ad Product and Sales teams to support product launches, manage package changes, and develop go-to-market strategies.

  • Develop and implement frameworks and collateral to enable Rental Sales, including talk tracks and ROI narratives.

  • Grow adoption of Zillow 3D Home and interactive floorplans through education, awareness, and marketing efforts.

  • Build and expand partnerships with photography companies and third-party providers to enhance media offerings.

  • Monitor project progress, report on key milestones, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional change management and strategic projects, providing clear communication and alignment across teams.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $103,500.00 - $165,300.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within media, advertising, or technology environments.

  • Skilled at leading cross-functional collaboration, change management initiatives, and managing complex projects from conception to execution.

  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical problem solver with a keen attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and balancing multiple priorities.

  • Familiar with media products, digital advertising, or real estate technology (a plus).

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
