The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

$129,500-$207,000 USD

What You'll Do
- Partner with enterprise leadership to influence priorities and deliver initiatives across one or more value streams.
- Manage cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment, ownership, and timely delivery.
- Lead business reviews to highlight progress, surface risks, and share insights using data to represent value stream performance.
- Define metrics and operational targets, building roadmaps that drive accountability and measure success.
- Provide subject matter expertise and operational insights to influence decision-making and align partners to shared goals.
- Build credibility as a trusted partner by delivering data-driven recommendations that improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, finance, and vendor management teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Champion a Lean approach, mentoring others and modeling a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build and implement inspection mechanisms, automation, and reporting tools that support scalability and self-service capabilities.
- Establish processes for ongoing inspection and health of core merchandising operations.
- Develop scalable solutions that align with Chewy's growth while maintaining focus on vendor experience, operational safety, and cost-effectiveness.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or Management); advanced degree or certifications are considered advantageous.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
- Experience managing technical, operational, or data-driven projects with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale initiatives within tight timelines and shifting priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical analysis and root cause identification.
- Excellent program and project management capabilities, with a focus on clarity, ownership, and execution.
- Ability to lead change through influence, build consensus, and deliver results across diverse partners.
- Confidence communicating at all levels of the organization-from analysts to senior executives.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid Model: 3 days in hub location per week
- Remote: This role is NOT a remote role.
