We are seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to join our Education Services team, focusing on strategic growth through innovative marketing initiatives, global AI program development, and large-scale educational partnerships. This role will be instrumental in scaling our education offerings, building strategic alliances, driving market expansion through data-driven marketing and program management, and improving our education go-to-market platforms including web pages, learning platform interfaces, and customer/partner experiences. You'll help shape better go-to-market experiences that drive engagement and conversion across our education ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, developer relations, sales, and technical teams to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder programs and establish ambitious objectives with measurable impact

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive program awareness, adoption, and customer acquisition while developing strategic partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, and enterprise customers

  • Improve education go-to-market platforms including optimizing web pages, learning platform interfaces, and customer/partner experience journeys to enhance engagement and conversion rates

  • Lead end-to-end development and execution of nationwide AI education programs, from ideation through launch and scaled adoption, while driving strategic marketing initiatives to expand NVIDIA's education footprint

  • Communicate program vision and progress while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation across the education services organization

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience); MBA or Master's degree preferred

  • 12+ years of marketing strategy, knowledge of digital marketing channels demand generation, or growth marketing in B2B environments plus program management experience in technology, education, or related industries

  • Proven experience leading and motivating teams in matrix organizations without direct authority

  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships across diverse, global teams

  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs from concept through launch and scale

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, metrics tracking, and performance optimization

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Experience in education services or training programs at technology companies technical audiences for certification programs and technical skills development

  • Track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution in B2B technology markets with demonstrated growth outcomes

  • Experience optimizing digital platforms and user experiences including web development, learning management systems, or customer journey optimization

  • Background in large-scale program rollouts with experience in change management, organizational transformation, or government/enterprise procurement processes

  • Knowledge of AI education landscape with experience building strategic partnerships with educational institutions or government agencies for technology initiatives

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 270,250 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
