What will you be doing?

In this role you will work closely with our clients to support Circana’s solution deployment team through the delivery of client-focused services and data. This includes both typical Circana client data (Consumer Products and General Merchandise) as well as interesting new types of data sets from other industries such as Hospitality, Pharmaceutical etc.

In this role, you will be the primary liaison between the Client (a large global CPG Manufacturer) and the Circana Technology team. You will be responsible for understanding the client’s business insights and reporting requirements and translating them into clear development plans for the Circana Technology team to build into the Circana analytics software solution (Circana’s Liquid Data Platform). You will also be leveraging the analytics solution to derive actionable insights to highlight the value of our solutions and drive business results for our clients. This role is client facing with the opportunity to engage with Senior Executives (VP and C-suite).

  • Our goal is to drive the adoption of the Circana Liquid Data platform among the client users for their business insights and reporting needs. You will develop reports and dashboards on the platform that provide insights to support the client that enable them to make data-driven decisions. This team is constantly using new technologies and methodologies to provide the best analytics for our clients. Your skill and acumen in analytics/BI tools will make you a valued resource with our clients and your attention to detail and project management will make you a valued resource for the Technology organization.   • This role is critical to the continued growth of Circana and will be a steward of the company’s history of offering the CPG and Retail industries unparalleled solutions, connecting our clients to world-class analytics and insights to anticipate and outpace industry trends. Our clients’ needs are becoming more sophisticated and the demand for better, faster decision enablement has never been higher.  In direct support of the on-time, on-budget implementation for each new or upgraded client, this role will be pivotal to:
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

Job Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Execution

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex data integration and tech implementation programs aligned with business goals.
  • Accountable for building rapid rapport and trust with key client contacts (ranging from analysts to executives) and across functions within the highly matrixed Circana organization.
  • Lead effective problem solving with the client and internal Circana teams to effectively capture and translate high-level client requirements into clear plans for the Circana technology team.
  • Ensure project requirements are successfully captured, consistently tracked and executed in line to meet the client’s business insights’ needs.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through rigorous performance tracking, quality assurance, and continuous improvement protocols.
  • Coordinate client solutions across multiple Circana functions (i.e. Analytics, Technology, Consulting, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Apply structured consulting methodologies to guide end-to-end ownership of program delivery and ensure repeatable success.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks; manage change effectively across internal and client organizations.
  • Produce executive level reporting and insights to support decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor project managers and analysts; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field.
  • 8+ years in an program management role, with preference for consulting experience.
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale data integration and technology implementation projects.
  • Technical project management expertise
  • Proven experience utilizing consulting methodologies to problem solve and deliver projects.
  • Exceptional professionalism and executive presence in client facing communications.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Customer analytics platforms
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

Additional Preferred Requirements as a plus:

  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Certifications in Project Management e.g., PMP
  • Previous stakeholder management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira, Monday.com or similar workflow tools
  • Proven proposal writing experience
  • Familiarity or Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), ETL tools, API integration, and AI

Location

This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote with 15%- 20% travel to Richmond, VA (Client location).

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000.


This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
