Make Your Mark:
As the Program and Strategic Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of multiple projects and strategic initiatives while ensuring alignment with the organization's long-term objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass program management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and strategic planning, among others.
You'll Get To:

  1. Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and senior executive leadership, to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.
  3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and minimize project disruptions. Proactively monitor project status and escalate issues as necessary to drive timely resolution.
  4. Resource Allocation: Collaborate with resource managers to allocate project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and materials, to optimize project outcomes and maximize efficiency.
  5. Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO or executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve long-term objectives. Provide strategic guidance and decision support on critical business matters and drives collaborations with executives and across the business.
  6. Operational Oversight: Oversee all day-to-day operations and ensure efficient execution of business activities. Identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to optimize organizational performance.
  7. Strategic Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization. Prepare presentations, memos, and other materials for internal and external audiences.
  8. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress against strategic goals and objectives. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.


What You'll Bring:
Requirments:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management, strategic operations, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of driving project success and operational excellence.


Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, strategic planning methodologies, and performance monitoring techniques.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proven experience running high-level initiatives for the C-suite


Other:

  • Experience working in a leadership capacity within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic communication plans for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools for performance monitoring and decision support.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment, with an understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or strategic planning (e.g., Balanced Scorecard Professional).
  • Chief of Staff level experience

Salary Range:
USD $134,000.00 - USD $179,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
