Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Production Scheduler to join our team. As a Senior Production Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Logistics operations and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of products to our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all production schedules while maintaining a high level of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have daily/weekly meetings with the manufacturing facilities to ensure that they meet the production targets.
  • Create and implement production schedules based on a validated replenishment program, efficiencies and overall cost management.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, quality control, and inventory control at the manufacturing level, to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth production flow.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with That’s It Nutrition’s goal to minimize excess spend.
  • Understand the type of machinery used at all of our manufacturing facilities to include max outputs.
  • Work with the internal and external quality teams to ensure they are manufacturing to specification.
  • Track production metrics to identify issues and develop process improvements, ensuring that production goals are met.
  • Ensure all new items are being launched in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Production Schedules and Production Planning
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize production processes
  • Experience with Planning and workflow prioritization at an advanced level
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using production and inventory management software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the food manufacturing industry and adherence to quality and safety standards is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant experience

Pay Range - $80K - $100K (DOE)
