About the Role

As a Senior Product UI/UX Designer at Socure, you’ll shape the look and feel of our identity fraud prevention solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences that support customer success and digital transformation.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Design Excellence: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across devices.

  • Champion UX: Advocate for user needs through research, usability testing, and data analysis.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to align design with strategic goals.

  • Drive System Thinking: Enhance and scale our design system for consistency and accessibility.

  • Mentor & Inspire: Guide junior designers and promote a culture of innovation and excellence.

What You Bring
  • Experience: 5+ years in UX/UI design, ideally in enterprise environments.

  • Expertise: Skilled in Figma and other prototyping tools; strong grasp of accessibility, data visualization, and complex workflows.

  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to align design decisions with business goals and present to leadership.

  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with front-end processes and incorporating analytics into design.

  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about innovation.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in product design with a portfolio highlighting both B2B and B2C solutions.

  • Strong UX foundations and ability to translate requirements into elegant interfaces.

  • Proficiency in modern design tools and principles.

  • Degree in design or equivalent experience.
