About the Role:

Senior Product Owner, IT (IMAX Theatre Holding (California I) Co.; Los Angeles, CA):

Manage and coordinate the full development lifecycle of IT-based products, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Synthesize data from multiple enterprise applications such as ERP systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, Financial Management Systems, Supply Chain Management software, and Human Resource Information Systems to achieve process standardization and data consistency. Develop clear and accurate diagrams to document workflows, system interactions, and business processes. Write comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user stories, process flows, and user manuals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure technology solutions align with business needs. Identify and resolve process inefficiencies and recommend best practices for system improvements. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). #LI-DNI

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of post bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience with the following: Working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems including SAP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics; Coordinating end-to-end development cycles of IT-based products; Analyzing and synthesizing data from enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, and SCM to streamline and standardize processes; Drafting diagrams to document workflows, system architectures, and data flows; Writing technical documents including design specifications, user stories, and end-user documentation; Creating gantt charts, product roadmaps, and release notes; Using business process modeling tools including Visio and Lucidchart; and Using Visio documentation software.

Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 5%.

Travel to various international locations required up to 5%.

Hiring Range :

$134,534.00 - $159,429.00 (per year) Final pay within this range will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and the geographic location of the role. Additional non-discretionary compensation may apply where eligible.
