WebPT is seeking an innovative and motivated Senior Product Owner to join our Product team. As the Senior Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for establishing the product vision, translating said vision into a product backlog, and working with our team of developers to bring your vision to fruition.


What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team

  • Work with the Vice President of Product Management to review market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
  • Lead the evolution of our existing products and conceptualize and launch new product ideas that have a big impact on the healthcare IT market.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, developers, executives, and other departments to develop ideas and translate the company’s vision into clear user stories that capture the essence of WebPT.
  • Navigate the vast landscape of great ideas submitted by customers as well as internal stakeholders and departments and target the best solutions for our customers’ business needs.

What You Should Have to Qualify

  • 3+ years as a software product owner at a Healthcare IT organization
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Have track record of executing product strategy from concept to actual execution
  • Leverage data-driven insights to make decisions and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable.
  • Know your stuff and talk about it confidently, accurately, and honestly.
  • Be able to juggle many complex projects, all with strict deadlines, simultaneously.

Ideally, You Would Also Have These

  • Experience in Healthcare IT or as a practitioner;
  • Understanding of challenges of delivering products in a SaaS environment;
  • CSPO or PSPO certification.

While job postings offer a pay range as a general reference, the final offer depends on candidate qualifications and experience. Our aim is to provide equitable compensation that recognizes your unique skills and contributions. During interviews, we'll discuss your qualifications and expectations, striving for a competitive and fair offer. The initial hiring range for this position is: $76,500 - $99,500.
