Senior Product Operations Manager - New Products

Role

SmarterDx is looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Product Operations Manager to drive and scale operations for the New Products team. Partnering closely with Product leadership, this role will solve critical operational challenges while maintaining the flexibility and efficiency required for GTM products.

**This role is fully remote within the US**

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Product leadership to develop, prioritize, and execute the New Product operational roadmap to improve efficiency and alignment with company strategy
  • Own end-to-end GTM workflows, reporting, and tracking systems, leveraging tools and processes to drive scalability
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish operating models that reduce waste and friction across Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing
  • Optimize and automate processes to remove overhead, enabling Product Managers to focus on strategic efforts
  • Develop metrics and operations that embed data-driven decisions throughout all aspects of product development, delivery, and GTM operations

What You Bring

  • 8+ years progressive experience in product operations, product management, or program management, ideally 3+ years experience in health tech
  • Experience at a startup or face-paced company; thrive in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision
  • Experience implementing or serving as an admin or super user for work management software (ex. Jira, Asana, Aha!, etc.)
  • Strong understanding and ability to leverage different aspects of project management methodologies based on company and team needs
  • Excellent ability to build relationships quickly across all levels
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Agile certification
  • PMP or CAPM
  • Experience working at a startup or other fast-paced environment
  • Experience building data platforms and products powered by data, especially in an R&D environment
Compensation
  • $170k to $190k base + benefits
