Your mission

You'll be responsible for identifying and validating new growth opportunities for both the product and the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching new markets, customer segments, and ICPs;

  • Discovering new product use cases;

  • Generating, prioritizing, and validating product hypotheses;

  • Launching experiments and MVPs;

  • Analyzing results and scaling successful initiatives;

  • Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering;

  • Identifying the company's next major growth opportunities.

What we're looking for
  • 4+ years of experience as a Growth Product Manager, Product Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, or Product Marketing Manager in a product company;

  • Proven experience launching new products, business lines, or growth initiatives (0→1 or scaling after achieving product-market fit);

  • Experience researching new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities;

  • Hands-on experience running product experiments and A/B tests;

  • Strong product thinking and strategic mindset;

  • Deep understanding of customer journeys and product funnels;

  • Experience working with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar;

  • Experience defining requirements and collaborating with engineering teams;

  • Understanding of monetization models and unit economics;

  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills;

  • High ownership and the ability to independently identify problems and drive initiatives forward;

  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have
  • Experience in AI, SaaS, or mobile products;

  • Experience designing or launching new business or monetization models;

  • Experience expanding into new markets or customer segments;

  • Experience managing large marketing budgets;

  • Experience working in a product-led growth or experimentation-driven environment.
