Reports to: VP of Marketing
As Senior Product Marketing Manager at Strivacity, you are responsible for shaping how our products are positioned, understood, and brought to market. You act as a product ambassador, translating complex identity capabilities into clear, credible messaging that helps buyers understand our value and why Strivacity is the right choice.
You will own day-to-day product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement across Strivacity’s Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) portfolio. Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will contribute to go-to-market strategy and develop the content and tools that support the full sales cycle, ensuring messaging remains consistent, differentiated, and grounded in real customer needs.
As Strivacity continues to expand to support AI agents acting on behalf of customers, partners, and systems, this role will also contribute to how AI-driven access is positioned within the CIAM category, ensuring it is framed around governance, trust, and control rather than hype.
This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing.
- Develop and maintain clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for Strivacity’s products and capabilities
- Translate technical product functionality into value-based messaging that resonates with buyers, users, and partners
- Contribute to messaging for Strivacity’s AI agent capabilities in alignment with customer needs and market readiness
- Ensure consistency across external communications including website copy, sales collateral, campaigns, and analyst-facing materials
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as presentations, datasheets, white papers, case studies, and web content
- Support sales training on positioning, competitive differentiation, and effective use of enablement materials
- Partner with sales leadership to identify enablement gaps and prioritize improvements
- Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and sales feedback
- Develop and maintain buyer personas, buying profiles, and ideal customer profiles for priority segments
- Participate in buyer, customer, and win-loss interviews and translate insights into actionable guidance
- Support competitive analysis and battlecards to help sales teams navigate competitive conversations
- Partner with Product on launches and roadmap-related messaging informed by market needs
- Work with Marketing to support awareness and demand generation programs aligned to target personas
- Collaborate with Customer Success to help develop customer stories, case studies, and testimonials
- Support partner and alliance marketing efforts with joint messaging and collateral as needed
What you bringCore skills and experience
Experience in product marketing within a B2B technology environment
Ability to collaborate effectively across product, sales, and marketing teams
Experience positioning products in competitive markets
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs
Familiarity with the CIAM market or adjacent identity, security, or SaaS categories
Solid grounding in core product marketing disciplines such as positioning, launches, personas, and competitive analysis
Exposure to emerging technologies, including AI-driven or non-human access, within enterprise software contexts
Experience using data and metrics to inform messaging and go-to-market decisions
Familiarity with enterprise B2B sales motions and analyst firms such as Gartner or Forrester
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 7+ years of professional experience, including meaningful experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role
- Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth company environment
Clear, credible product positioning is critical in the identity market, where growth, security, and trust intersect. As organizations modernize digital experiences and begin introducing AI-driven access, buyers need clarity, not noise.
This role helps ensure Strivacity’s products are well understood, differentiated, and effectively brought to market, supporting growth today while helping the company evolve with the identity landscape.
This role can be based anywhere in the United States
