Our Opportunity

Fetch Package is strategically expanding its marketing team! We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and resourceful Senior Product Marketing Manager (SPMM) to develop and execute strategies for go-to-market (GTM) of our four distinct resident services. As Fetch Package expands and diversifies its multifamily services stack, we need a strategic marketer to tell our story and drive understanding of our UVPs. As the lead for these new growth initiatives, you own the narrative, the positioning, and the GTM playbook for new verticals at Fetch.

This is an individual contributor role where you'll be the roll-up-your-sleeves kind of contributor with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You'll be responsible for driving projects forward across multiple product lines for yourself as well as collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the process. You’ll partner closely with product management, the revenue organization, and vertical-specific business units.

This is a fast-paced startup environment, and on day one, you’ll need to jump into work eagerly. An effective SPMM will immediately begin tactical work to achieve short-term project progress while also working on strategy and planning to continue that success long-term. Every day will feel different, with product-specific challenges to solve. Fetch has a massive year of growth ahead of us in 2026 and new service verticals are at the tip of the spear.

What you'll do:

  • Clearly identify and define target customer personas, ICPs, unique value propositions, and optimal messaging frameworks to drive engagement and adoption of all resident product offerings.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and B2B Marketing to define, execute, and optimize visual branding for various products.
  • Conduct market research, gather competitor intelligence, monitor and evaluate competitor strategies, execute win/loss customer interviews, and perform message testing to drive relevance and optimize messaging and positioning.
  • Continuous refinement of a comprehensive GTM strategy and successful new product launch plans:
  • Work in lockstep with Product Development and Marketing. Also work closely with Customer Experience, Client Success, Sales, and relevant internal and external teams, including contractors and agency support for copywriting, public relations, design, paid media, and web development.
  • Enable partner departments with targeted content, playbooks, sales decks, and messaging to ensure consistent product messaging that we articulate through all channels, aligning and informing all customer-facing functions.
  • Draft highly converting copy for paid ads, emails, landing pages, social media content, and customer-facing tools.
  • Develop automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and experimentation to further optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify new opportunities to foster growth and product improvements.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our resident customers’ needs and deep knowledge of the multifamily industry.
  • Conduct market research, client and resident feedback interviews, and analyze data to shape growth strategy.
  • Developing a comprehensive GTM plans and executing deliverables as Fetch expands new services across 40+ markets.
  • Increasing resident-customer acquisition of our community-wide and personal services.
  • Creating lifecycle campaigns that increase product-specific adoption.
  • Optimizing the product marketing spend to drive better ROI.
  • Improving product sales enablement as Fetch redefines its UVP for multifamily clients and residents.

What you'll need:

  • Personality, passion, humility, humor, and adaptability are important to us. We look for well-rounded people who enjoy challenges and work well with others.
  • Strong strategic mindset with a healthy tactical skill set (and a dash of analytical ability). We are a small team that must plan well, execute much of the work ourselves to meet due dates, and understand how to optimize our performance.
  • Passion for storytelling, customer conversion, and building successful business plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex value propositions in a crisp and simple way.
  • Desire to partner closely with product and growth teams to drive the adoption of new products and services.
  • Organized, efficient, and able to move projects along to meet target deliverable dates.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive varied teams to consensus around GTM strategies and plans.
  • Comfortable working hands-on with data and performing ad-hoc analysis.
  • Comfortable working with mobile as a primary digital channel.
  • Intermediate-level working experience in B2C/B2B product marketing, delivery services, and marketplace platforms.
  • Experience developing positioning, segmentation, and creating and testing messaging.
  • Experience in compiling and leveraging first-party data and extracting insights from market intelligence.
  • Working knowledge of affiliate marketing models.
  • Experience with the following marketing technology tools: Braze or similar CRM tools; WordPress, or similar CMS tool; Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools; Digital ad platforms, such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.; Sendgrid, or similar email marketing platforms; Survicate, or similar survey platforms; Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar analytics tools; Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar visual design + content creation tools; Google Workspace Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Drive, Meet, etc.)

What we'll deliver on:

  • We’ve got you covered with amazing health, dental, and vision benefits
  • We want to keep time on your side, so we offer a 401k plan for employees
  • Comprehensive compensation as well as a benefits package
  • Just like we value hard work, we also value a great work-life balance with unlimited PTO
  • Paid Holidays
  • Variety of voluntary benefits, such as short-term disability and life insurance

  • At Fetch, we are always looking for awesome people to join our growing team. If you think you’re the right fit for this position, apply today. We’d love to hear from you!

Fetch is an equal opportunity employer, all applicants will be considered without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, disabilities, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law.

Fetch is a last-mile off-site package delivery platform for apartment communities. We solve the package problem for property managers while adding a convenient amenity for residents.

Getting a package—whether it’s a meal plan, a hot pair of shoes, or a new couch is fun. We aim to keep it that way, because delivery happiness shouldn’t end with a lost package, a moldy perishable, or a box teasing you from inside a locked leasing office.

So we designed a solution that removes the package burden from property managers and gives residents a delivery experience worthy of their excitement. That is, we allow property managers to focus on their core business (not package delivery), and bring every package safely to its owner’s waiting hands.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
