We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Development team to help us enhance our product marketing.

This role is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrate functional versatility, and are driven by cross-team collaboration to deliver results. If you're a strategic PMM who ships and measures results, we're keen to talk.

You can work fully remotely in Ireland, the UK, or the US, or join our office in Dublin.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for major product lines and priority features, from insight and positioning through launch and in-market growth.
  • Define and evolve segment and use-case positioning, value propositions, and differentiated messaging for our Connect, Manage, Analyze, and Activate pillars.
  • Equip Sales and Success with crisp talk tracks, competitive guidance, demos, and objection handling; ensure readiness and measure usage.
  • Create and deliver effective resources for the marketing team, such as website text, newsletter articles, and launch documents that transition awareness into engagement and product utilization.
  • Define success metrics and instrumentation for launches, track impact on pipeline, win rate, activation, and expansion.
  • Mentor PMMs, uplevel cross-functional execution, and run smooth programs that land on time.

This position is for you if you have…

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally data, analytics, MarTech, CDP, or adjacent platforms.
  • An established background in overseeing go-to-market initiatives for impactful releases, with quantifiable results on pipeline, revenue, adoption rates, and retention efforts.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling narratives and clear writing helps translate intricate features into tangible customer benefits.
  • Evidence-driven decision making, comfortable with qualitative research and quantitative analysis.
  • Proficient in engaging stakeholders across Product, Sales, Demand, and Enablement, maintaining team alignment and a high level of energy.
  • Familiarity with modern data and AI concepts, for example, connectors, destinations, transformations, data activation, and agentic workflows.

Nice to have…

  • Experience marketing to agencies and data-skilled marketing teams.
  • Experienced with product demo creation, webinar hosting, or field enablement.
