About the Role:

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will shape, communicate, and launch Panorama’s innovative products to our prospective and existing customers. You’ll bring audience, industry and opportunity insights to the product development stage. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales and product teams leading the development of value propositions, go-to-market plans, including messaging and adoption strategies. This is a great opportunity for a smart and passionate product marketer to directly impact how businesses and providers experience Panorama Education, while driving change for educators and students nationwide. 

On a given day, you will:

  • Lead product launches by collaborating with the Product team, building capacity for internal teams, and creating materials that build awareness and demand from prospects and customers
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement team to train sales team members on demo talk tracks and discovery questions to support demo flow
  • Gain customer insights through qualitative and quantitative data—K-12 market trends, internal reporting, customer feedback, and more—to inform product development, product messaging, and marketing
  • Conduct focus groups and interviews with district leaders about their challenges and needs
  • Partner with Sales to build necessary collateral such as product one pagers, demo decks, product pages, OnDemand videos, etc.
  • Work with Integrated Campaigns on product roadmap, audience, and upcoming product campaigns & launches.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in the SaaS or Edtech industry 
  • Experience leading and driving product launches to hit important business goals 
  • Experience developing product positioning, messaging, and buyer personas, and creating processes and structures for sharing product messaging across the organization 
  • Experience leading and driving projects and project teams while balancing competing priorities
  • Experience in collecting and using customer insights and market research to drive strategic product marketing decisions.
  • Have the ability to synthesize complicated product concepts and materials into simple, everyday language.
  • Can work independently or in groups, and know when to ask for feedback or help but can confidently lead initiatives independently and in groups.

Base Salary: The starting base salary for this role is $126,000. Actual offers will depend on experience, skills, and location.

The “Starting Base Salary” represents anticipated salary for this position across all US locations. The determination of this anticipated Base Salary involves the consideration of many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: unique skill sets, experience, training, performance, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. Our anticipated Base Salary determination is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonus or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits
