About Crossmint

Crossmint is the leading enterprise-grade, all-in-one stablecoin and wallet infrastructure platform enabling fintechs and enterprises to integrate stablecoin rails and smart wallets with speed, compliance, and scale.

Backed by Ribbit Capital, Franklin Templeton, NYCA, First Round, and Lightspeed Faction, with $23.6M raised in 2025. Trusted by more than 40,000 clients including global leaders such as MoneyGram, WireX, Toku, and more, Crossmint provides embedded smart wallets, on/offramps, cross-chain stablecoin orchestration, tokenization, and other blockchain primitives through simple, developer-friendly APIs that integrate in minutes and scale to millions of users.

In January 2026, Crossmint secured MiCA authorization from Spain's CNMV, becoming one of a select few stablecoin infrastructure providers fully licensed to operate across all 27 EU member states and held to the same regulatory standards as traditional financial institutions. Crossmint also powers the Republic of the Marshall Islands' first digital UBI program, backs MoneyGram's new stablecoin cross-border experience launching in LATAM, and recently partnered with WireX to expand multichain stablecoin payment infrastructure to non-EVM networks like Stellar.

The future of finance is stablecoin-native. Crossmint makes it easy to get there.

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp product marketer to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for Crossmint's product portfolio.

This is a high-impact role focused on translating a complex stablecoin and agentic platform into clear, compelling value for fintech buyers. You'll lead product launches across smart wallets, stablecoin orchestration, agentic payments, and more. You'll build the sales enablement engine that helps reps win, run competitive intelligence, and develop the buyer insights that inform everything from campaign strategy to product roadmap.

If you're energized by category creation, love distilling technical products into stories that resonate with sophisticated B2B buyers, and want to shape how the world's largest fintechs think about stablecoin infrastructure and agentic payments, this is your role.

What you will do
  • Serve as the connective tissue between product and GTM. Sit close to PMs and engineers to deeply understand what we're building, and translate that into clear value for sales, marketing, and customers. Bring the voice of the market back into product to shape roadmap priorities.

  • Own positioning and messaging across Crossmint's product portfolio including smart wallets, onramps and offramps, stablecoin orchestration, checkout, and agentic payments. Develop the narratives that resonate with our fintech and agentic ICPs.

  • Lead go-to-market for product launches end-to-end. Partner with product on launch readiness, define launch tiers, build cross-functional plans, write launch content, coordinate press, and measure impact.

  • Build the sales enablement engine. Create pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo scripts, and objection-handling guides that help sales close enterprise deals.

  • Own competitive intelligence and win/loss. Track competitors across stablecoin infrastructure, wallet, and payments categories, equip sales with current positioning, and close the loop with product on gaps and what to build next.

  • Develop buyer personas and ICP research through customer and prospect interviews. Turn insights into messaging frameworks the entire company uses, and inform pricing and packaging decisions in partnership with product and finance.

  • Partner with sales and customer success on case studies, and with demand generation, content, and design to ensure consistent narrative across campaigns, web, paid, events, and PR.

  • Be the internal authority on the market. Brief leadership, sales, and product on competitive shifts, customer trends, and category dynamics.

About You

You've built and scaled product marketing programs in B2B environments with complex sales cycles and technical buyers. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, are a great story teller that can translate complex topics into compelling messaging, and use customer insight to drive decisions.

  • 5–7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in crypto, payments, or fintech with proven impact on pipeline, win rate, and category awareness.

  • Strong launch track record. You've led multi-product launches and know how to coordinate product, sales, marketing, and PR to ship with impact.

  • Excellent writer. You can take a technical product spec and produce a pitch deck, battlecard, and customer-facing one-pager that all feel like they were written by one person.

  • Customer-obsessed. You run interviews, synthesize insights, and turn them into messaging frameworks that move the business.

  • Competitive intelligence instincts. You know how to build a competitive program from scratch and keep sales current.

  • Comfortable with technical and developer-facing buyers. You can hold your own in a conversation with a CTO or a head of payments.

  • Startup mindset: self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, fast learner who picks up new industries and buyer personas quickly.

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with proven ability to partner with product, sales, design, and content.

  • Experience marketing payments infrastructure, stablecoins, or financial APIs to enterprise buyers.

Why Join Crossmint?

Crossmint is building infrastructure for the programmable economy, where cross-border payments settle instantly instead of taking days, fees are minimal instead of 8%, and everyone in the world can be financially included. We make it easy for any fintech company to get there by removing blockchain complexity.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll own how the market understands Crossmint. Our products are gaining traction across fintech, remittances, neobanks, and payroll, and we need someone to sharpen the story, equip the sales team, and shape category narrative.

You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing, product leaders, sales, and the executive team to drive launches, position the company against the competition, and build the marketing function that turns enterprise momentum into category leadership. If you want to combine sharp storytelling with technical depth and leave your mark on a company building the future of financial infrastructure, this is it.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
