What we are looking for:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in developing messaging & positioning, executing on our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, driving product adoption & customer retention, and leading cross-functional initiatives to grow our brand visibility and reputation. The Ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, operates with exceptional levels of autonomy, effortlessly builds relationships, and navigates culturally diverse global organizations with ease and confidence.

What do we expect from this role?

  • Strategic GTM Leadership: Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel GTM strategies and campaigns for new and existing products, leveraging digital marketing technologies across channels such as email, mobile, social media, paid digital, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Create compelling product narratives and clear value propositions that differentiate the platform in the market, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Market & Competitive Insight: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, refining product positioning and informing product development.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, behavioral data, and segmentation to inform product enhancements, lifecycle programs, and personalized marketing initiatives.
  • Demand generation: Develop high-impact thought leadership and product content —including pitch decks, product briefs, product guides, webinars—to empower internal teams and support our demand generation goals.

  • You've got a solid track record of experience in product marketing, product management, consulting, competitive intelligence or similar roles in technology and startup environments.
  • You operate with an exceptional level of autonomy and growth mindset.
  • You are strongly motivated to master the cultural fluency required to thrive in a global organization (26 countries and counting) and naturally navigate culturally diverse work spaces with confidence and grace.
  • Your previous roles have immersed you in the world of high-growth B2B SaaS enterprise software and services. 
  • You've got the deep industry knowledge of cloud services, marketing automation, and marketing technology platforms.
  • You thrive on building genuine relationships wherever you go.
  • You have experience collaborating with and presenting to senior executives.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You’re familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with both technical and business leaders across various levels and across product, product marketing, and sales organizations.
