Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager - TWC Adoption, you'll own the go-to-market strategy for driving cross-flow adoption across Atlassian's core products. You'll develop and execute programs that increase awareness, consideration, and usage of TWC integrations, with a focus on both end users and champion admins. You'll be the voice of the customer, shaping messaging, content, and enablement that help teams unlock the full value of Atlassian's connected ecosystem.
In this role, you'll get to:
  • Develop and execute cross-flow adoption strategies that drive TWC product co-usage, leveraging in-product touchpoints, targeted campaigns, and educational content.
  • Deeply understand customer journeys and use cases for cross-product adoption, conducting research to identify key moments and barriers.
  • Craft compelling messaging and narratives that illustrate the value of TWC integrations for different personas and jobs-to-be-done (JTBD).
  • Create and launch customer-facing content and enablement (blogs, webinars, guides, videos) that showcase best practices and integration benefits.
  • Partner with Product, Growth, and Performance Marketing to support experiments, optimize funnels, and measure impact on MAU and adoption KPIs.
  • Drive champion admin and end-user engagement through tailored communications, enablement packs, and community programs.
  • Own the launch and promotion of new integration features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize awareness and adoption.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to iterate and improve programs.

More about you
On your first day, we'll expect you have:
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally with a focus on multi-product adoption or integrations.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Experience conducting customer research and translating insights into actionable programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and simplifying complex concepts.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you thrive in a matrixed environment and can influence without authority.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing marketing programs.
  • A passion for helping teams work better together and a bias for action.

It's great, but not required, if you have:
  • Experience marketing to both technical and business personas.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and the broader collaboration software landscape.
  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG) and self-serve SaaS models.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
