This is a cross-functional role that acts as the voice of the customer, distilling research, insights, and strategic priorities into high-quality GTM and product launch campaigns, helping scale 401(k) expansion for Gusto’s payroll customers. If you’re a seasoned product marketer who’s a talented storyteller that thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll have the opportunity to flex into AI platforms that help to make our work more effective, while keeping the human element at the center.
Here’s what we're looking for:
- 8-10 years of experience in Product Marketing or related fields, with particular emphasis on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Prior experience marketing 401(k), IRA, or other B2B or consumer financial products is a plus
- Experience driving product adoption and growth for SMB-focused software products, ideally in fintech, compliance, healthcare, or other regulated/complex industries
