- Serve as the customer voice, influencing both marketing strategy and product direction
- Support events and customer marketing efforts to showcase customer success and increase market visibility
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience

- Proven ability to drive pipeline growth through go-to-market strategy, storytelling, and campaign execution
- Experience within a provider health system, ideally in perioperative or surgical services
- Deep understanding of hospital operations and perioperative workflows—or the ability to quickly get up to speed
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper to enhance productivity and creativity
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex clinical or operational topics into compelling value propositions
- Strong project management and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional settings
- A growth mindset and eagerness to test, learn, and iterate
BONUS POINT IF YOU HAVE
- Experience mentoring junior marketers or leading cross-functional initiatives
