The Role:

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Product Marketing Director to lead the go-to-market strategy for SnapLogic’s integration platform as a service (iPaaS), API management, and legacy modernization initiatives. This is a high-impact individual contributor role ideal for a senior product marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is eager to shape the future of enterprise integration.
This role is central to defining how SnapLogic empowers enterprises to modernize legacy systems, streamline hybrid environments, and unlock the power of AI-driven integration. You will develop compelling messaging, drive integrated campaigns, launch new capabilities, and create content that enables global sales, channel partners, and marketing teams. You will work closely with product management, digital and demand generation teams, customer success, and the broader marketing organization to elevate SnapLogic’s brand as the leader in intelligent integration.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B enterprise software marketing, with expertise in iPaaS, APIM, and a strong understanding of the challenges enterprises face in legacy modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation.

This is a hybrid role, based in our San Mateo, CA HQ. The ideal candidate will be able to work from HQ twice weekly.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and evolve the global go-to-market strategy for SnapLogic’s iPaaS, APIM, and legacy modernization offerings
  • Craft differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with both business and technical audiences across industries
  • Own and drive strategic product launches that position SnapLogic as the top choice for enterprises tackling legacy system transformation and hybrid IT complexity
  • Build high-impact sales enablement programs, including training, playbooks, battlecards, and objection-handling materials
  • Partner with Product Management to shape the product roadmap by feeding back market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with digital and integrated marketing teams to fuel campaigns and pipeline growth through thought leadership and storytelling
  • Act as a key spokesperson and thought leader—drive social media engagement, analyst briefings, conference presentations, and content development
  • Engage with industry analysts, partners, and alliances to build market presence and support third-party validation of SnapLogic’s solutions
  • Use analytics to optimize messaging and content performance, improving engagement and driving conversion
  • Ensure messaging clearly communicates SnapLogic’s role in helping organizations modernize legacy systems, reduce technical debt, and accelerate cloud adoption

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise software, with at least 5 years in iPaaS, API management, or cloud data integration
  • Proven success crafting go-to-market strategies and launching enterprise solutions with measurable impact
  • Deep knowledge of legacy modernization challenges, cloud transformation, hybrid architectures, and digital transformation trends
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Experience building marketing strategies and content that support multiple verticals (e.g., financial services, manufacturing, retail, tech, higher ed)
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partners
  • A strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves to execute; high attention to detail and a data-driven approach
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with executive audiences, analysts, and customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
