Base Salary Compensation Range
$91,800.00 - 156,067.00 USD Annual
Incentive Target Percentage
12.5% Annual

Morningstar's hybrid work environment gives you the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate in-person each week. While some positions are available as fully remote, we've found that we're at our best when we're purposely together on a regular basis, typically three days each week. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing and communications programs across the Americas.
- Successfully manage internal and external teams to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives that meet or exceed objectives.
- Translate client and marketplace insights into creative, data-driven marketing strategies and programs.
- Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates Morningstar Credit Analytics.
- Use analysis and metrics to guide decisions, optimize programs, and achieve sustained, measurable results.
- Collaborate with Sales to create enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies) that support lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with demonstrated expertise in GTM strategy, marketing programs, and team leadership.
- Proven ability to translate client insights into actionable marketing strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills, able to clearly communicate complex financial concepts.
- Hands-on experience with marketing programs, digital campaigns, marketing automation (e.g., Pardot, Marketo), and campaign analysis.
- Data-driven mindset, using insights to optimize marketing strategy and execution.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring team members a plus
- Financial services, credit ratings, or B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed
