Lifecycle Manager is Nue’s bread-and-butter product and a customer favorite, empowering businesses with seamless subscription management, pricing adjustments, and revenue lifecycle automation across business channels. Everything else at Nue plugs into it: pricing feeds it, billing consumes from it, Nue AI sits on top of it, every customer integration touches it. - Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization
- Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and measurable outcomes aligned with company goals
- Partner closely with Engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Translate customer pain points and market opportunities into clear product requirements and user stories
- Gather and synthesize insights from customers, prospects, internal stakeholders, and data
- Drive product discovery efforts including customer interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Prioritize initiatives using data, customer impact, technical complexity, and business value
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance post-launch
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
- Balance long-term strategy with rapid execution in a fast-moving environment
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- AI-native daily operator. Comfortable with modern LLM workflows, agents, and concepts like MCP. You can imagine where these fit in our product because you've already mapped where they fit in your own work.
- Proven experience shipping and scaling complex products from concept to launch
- Strong ability to translate business objectives into product strategy and execution plans
- Experience working closely with Engineering teams on highly technical products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
- High agency, high ownership mindset with strong execution skills
- Experience in CPQ, Billing, Revenue Operations, ERP, or FinTech products
- Exposure to AI-enabled products or automation workflows
- Experience with APIs, integrations, or platform products
- Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies
