Sr. Product Manager

Overview

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Growth squad. Your north star is clear: accelerate new business and customer expansion through data, insights, and AI-powered integrations.

This is a high-ownership, autonomous role. You'll drive discovery, define the roadmap, and work directly with engineering to ship products that expand Relo's data coverage and open new revenue surface area. You'll be working on a mix of active projects, including broadcast intelligence and AI-enabled measurement capabilities, while identifying and defining the next wave of growth opportunities.

You won't be handed a backlog. You'll build it.

Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Growth squad roadmap end-to-end — from discovery through delivery and outcome measurement
  • Run continuous discovery: regular customer conversations, opportunity mapping, and assumption testing to stay ahead of what the market needs
  • Define and ship AI-powered features that improve data understanding, automate insight generation, and expand platform intelligence
  • Partner closely with engineering to scope, sequence, and deliver high-quality product work in a lean, fast-moving team
  • Identify and evaluate new integration and data partnership opportunities that accelerate customer expansion
  • Define KPIs for your squad and report transparently on progress against them
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to translate market signals into product bets

Education

  • BA or CS Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience

  • 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or data platforms
  • Experience shipping features built on LLMs or other AI/ML capabilities in a data context; you've taken AI-powered product work from idea to production (nice to have)
  • Experience with analytics platforms, data pipelines, or measurement products is a strong plus

Skills

  • Strong command of the full product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, and outcome measurement
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a lean environmentAnalytical and data-driven: you use data to identify opportunities, set direction, and evaluate results
  • Proficiency in defining squad-level KPIs and maintaining transparent reporting on progress against those metrics

Personal Attributes

  • “Challenger mindset”: you do not wait for a backlog to be handed to you; you are comfortable generating your own requirements and driving the ship
  • Insight-Driven: Naturally curious and analytical, you rely on data and insights rather than intuition alone to set the "North Star" for your squad
  • Clear, direct communicator (written and verbal) across technical and non-technical audiences

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
