The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a high-impact product area end-to-end. This is a builder role—ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and is excited to shape products from the ground up.
You will define strategy, prioritize across competing inputs, and partner closely with Engineering and Design in a triad model to ship meaningful outcomes. You’ll also work cross-functionally with Operations and senior leadership to ensure alignment and execution.
What You’ll DoProduct Ownership & StrategyDefine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area
Establish clear success metrics and track performance over time
Make high-quality prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholders
Synthesize insights from internal teams, law firms, and end users (claimants)
Identify high-impact problems and validate opportunities
Frame hypotheses, define KPIs, and run experiments to de-risk ideas
Partner with Engineering and Design to scope, build, and ship products quickly
Write clear product requirements (PRDs) and iterate based on feedback
Balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment
Leverage AI tools to accelerate your workflow and improve product experiences
Rapidly prototype solutions to test ideas before full investment
Identify opportunities to embed AI into core product functionality
Analyze product performance and user behavior
Report on outcomes and continuously refine based on data and feedback
Contribute to product culture, processes, and scaling best practices
Help establish frameworks for decision-making and execution as the company grows
5+ years of product management experience, with ownership of end-to-end product areas
Experience in 0→1 environments or complex operational domains (e.g., fintech, insurtech, marketplaces)
Proven ability to prioritize effectively in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking metrics/KPIs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership
Hands-on experience with AI tools—either shipping AI-enabled products or deeply integrating AI into your workflow
Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs, system integrations, and data flows
Experience in B2B2C platforms or multi-sided marketplaces
Background working closely with operations-heavy workflows
Experience building or scaling AI-powered features or automation systems
