As a Product Manager for End2End Transaction Management, a product that provides ATM Terminal Driving & Transaction Processing as a managed service, you will drive the strategic direction, business growth, and market positioning of the managed service platform. This role goes beyond feature delivery—it requires shaping the product vision, driving commercial success, and ensuring the product remains a competitive differentiator in the financial services ecosystem. You serves as a central resource between Sales, support services, Engineering, Marketing and the customer as product(s) move from design to release. 

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the managed services platform, aligning with corporate strategy and market trends.
  • Define and evolve outsourcing models, including SLAs, operational KPIs, and service governance frameworks to ensure consistent delivery Solutions as a fully managed solution.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Service Delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding, migration, and lifecycle management for outsourced financial services.
  • Drive business outcomes by identifying new revenue streams, optimizing the service offering, and ensuring strong value propositions for financial institutions.
  • Develop commercial models for managed services, including tiered offerings, usage-based pricing, and long-term client engagement strategies.
  • Support in structuring complex managed service contracts, including compliance, risk-sharing, and performance guarantees.
  • Own market intelligence and competitive analysis to anticipate industry shifts and guide strategic decisions.
  • Prioritize investments and product initiatives based on ROI, customer impact, and long-term growth potential.
  • Shape go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing, including pricing, positioning, and launch plans.
  • Represent the product externally with key customers, partners, and industry forums to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.
  • Ensure global compliance across jurisdictions, including regional data protection laws, financial regulations, and audit-readiness for client and third-party assessments.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in transaction processing systems, payment switching, and terminal driving platforms.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate market insights into profitable product strategies.
  • Experience with outsourcing or BPO models in financial services.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and audit processes.
  • Experience in designing and delivering scalable managed services platforms.
  • Track record of international project leadership and stakeholder management across regions.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking, combined with execution capability.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at executive and operational levels.
  • Business-fluent in English.
  • Ability to travel both domestic and international, as needed. 

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000.  Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
