About the Role:

Real is looking for an experienced, passionate Senior Product Manager to lead key strategic initiatives that support Real’s Brokerage, Mortgage, and Title businesses. The Senior Product Manager serves as the proxy for our internal and external customers and is responsible for working with key stakeholders in the company as well as our top-notch Engineering team to bring products from inception to market. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and deploy solutions for our Real Estate Agents and their clients. You’ll lead the discovery process to understand customer needs, help create the product strategy and roadmap, define product requirements, and manage the product backlog. In addition, you’ll conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and implement and monitor product metrics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Interview internal stakeholders / customers to identify workflow improvement opportunities and system needs

  • Define product solutions for the problems identified and present them to stakeholders and leadership

  • Partner closely with UX team to define user flows and designs

  • Create user stories and feature specifications for engineers

  • Prioritize feature requests

  • Plan and execute product launches, partnering with Marketing Team when necessary

  • Demo products to stakeholders

  • Train internal staff on new product features

  • Define and track product metrics in order to identify optimization opportunities

  • Gather customer feedback on product features via interviews, surveys, and other means

  • Mentor junior product managers as needed

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong leadership presence with ability to lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders, designers, and engineers

  • Ability to lead development of product vision, strategy, and roadmap

  • Strong communication and organizational skills operating at a variety of levels and stakeholders

  • Comfort working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with distributed teams

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Masters in Computer Science or MBA is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in tech-driven companies.

  • Technical competence & strong analytical skills

  • Experience working in a fast paced, agile environment

  • Understanding of residential real estate transaction details strongly preferred

  • Experience working on internal and/or B2B platforms as well as consumer-facing products (preferred)

  • Start-up experience and passion for residential real estate (preferred)
