Job Responsibilities:The Senior Product Manager leads the development and execution of product strategy, aligning it with company goals and customer needs. This role oversees the full product lifecycle, drives cross-functional collaboration, and ensures timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate champions customer insights, supports go-to-market efforts, and fosters a high-performing, data-driven product team. As a key leader, they align stakeholders and guide product decisions through clear metrics and strategic vision.
Product Management
- Shape and communicate product strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify market needs through research and analysis.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver quality products on schedule.
- Represent customer perspectives in decisions.
- Track industry trends and competitors.
- Work with engineering, UX, and QA to ship releases on time.
- Support go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales.
- Set and monitor product KPIs for informed decisions.
- Lead and mentor product managers; promote innovation and growth.
- Align stakeholders internally and externally as the product’s representative.
- 7+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading teams, ideally within ERP or enterprise SaaS.
- Strategic thinker who balances vision with execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Cross-functional experience with sales, customer teams, and product development.
- Agile development background.
- Willing to travel (10–20%).
- Cloud ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Bachelor’s in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data migration.
