Azira is a location intelligence platform built for today’s data-driven teams, transforming mobile location signals into high-confidence, privacy-first insights. Our technology helps marketing, operations, and data leaders make smarter decisions, optimize performance, and drive measurable growth. From retailers and media agencies to destination marketers and real estate teams, we deliver trusted, validated insights rooted in real-world behavior, connecting the dots between where people go and how businesses can better reach, serve, and grow their audiences.
Why This Role MattersWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager who’s both deeply technical and entrepreneurial to own a core product area, end to end. You’ll shape the vision, define the roadmap, and drive delivery, adoption, and measurable business impact. You’ll turn company strategy into an outcome-driven roadmap, partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Marketing/Design, and lead with strong ownership and accountability. We’re especially excited to meet candidates who’ve built or shipped AI-powered capabilities, whether that’s ML/LLM features, recommendation systems, optimization engines, or measurement models.
What You’ll Do- Own the product roadmap and outcomes, translating strategy into an outcome-based plan with clear OKRs.
- Lead customer discovery and validation through interviews, data analysis, and design partnerships.
- Write high-quality product specs (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) with clear trade-offs and measurable goals.
- Collaborate with Engineering on APIs, event schemas, data pipelines, and rollout plans; manage post-launch learning loops.
- Drive go-to-market readiness with Product Marketing, Sales, and Account Management, ensuring successful launches and adoption.
- Streamline internal processes, improve QA and incident playbooks, and reduce operational friction for customer-facing teams.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to Product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 7+ years of product management experience in adtech, martech, or data-driven digital media (e.g., ad serving, DSP/SSP, identity, measurement, or retail media).
- Strong technical fluency - comfortable with APIs, data flows, event schemas, and querying data; capable of discussing architectural trade-offs.
- Experience building or shipping AI/ML-powered products (optimization, recommendations, measurement models, or LLM-based workflows).
- Proven track record of launching products that delivered measurable business impact (ARR, NRR, adoption, or performance).
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Engineering, Data/SRE, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Strong written communication and documentation abilities (PRDs, trade-off memos, roadmap updates).
- Familiarity with privacy and data protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, consent/ID frameworks).
- Competitive base salary (annual): $145,000 – $175,000 USD
- Full medical, dental, vision, and PTO benefits
- Flexible remote work environment (U.S.-based; ~10–20% travel)
- Opportunity to shape core products at a fast-growing company
- Collaborative, low-ego culture with high trust and high impact
- A mission you can feel good about—and a team that makes the work fun
