Now we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who will help improve the user experience and customer loyalty within our product.

Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, helping small businesses become visible and scale.

We already have 1 million users in the US and are consistently growing more than 4x year-over-year. Today, Zeely is ranked among the Top-3 products in its category on the US market, and our team has grown to over 130 specialists.

What you need to join us:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager (B2B background is highly valued), including leadership roles.

  • Proven track record of scaling digital products.

  • Strong analytical skills — ability to work with data, conduct market research, and turn insights into actionable ideas.

  • Experience with subscription-based products.

  • Hands-on knowledge of product analytics (Amplitude, Firebase) and marketing analytics (AppsFlyer, Google Analytics).

  • Deep understanding of marketing and product metrics.

  • Experience running A/B tests.

  • Proven results in implementing retention and growth strategies.

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage release cycles (close collaboration with product and engineering teams).

  • UI/UX design culture fit.

  • Solid knowledge of Jobs-To-Be-Done and other product methodologies.

  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

What you’ll be working on:
  • Develop and execute product strategy aligned with company vision and business goals.

  • Build and optimize key user flows (web & mobile).

  • Drive product growth and performance through data-driven decision-making.

  • Optimize monetization models, especially subscriptions.

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with development, marketing, analytics, and design teams.

  • Implement modern product management approaches and improve internal processes.

  • Analyze markets and competitors to bring innovative features.

  • Run A/B tests and introduce changes based on analytics to boost engagement and retention.

  • Contribute to scaling the product: launching new features and expanding to new markets.

  • Work closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Marketing, Admin, and Customer Success to hit strategic goals.

Why you’ll love working with us:
  • Work with cutting-edge technologies and develop AI-driven tools.

  • Join a strong A-player team.

  • Freedom to implement ideas and directly impact the product.

  • Build a product that is already a Top-5 player in its vertical in the U.S.

  • Be part of a global company with opportunities to grow into top leadership positions.

  • Work in a startup growing 4× year-over-year in the U.S. market.

  • Fully remote work with an option to join us in our cozy Warsaw or Kyiv offices.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
