TL;DR

As a Senior Product Manager at PerformLine, you’ll own and expand our Web, Email, and Chat channels - core components of our platform! This high-impact role blends strategy and execution: turning market trends, client needs, and data into innovative solutions across ingestion, integrations, and scoring models. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Product Strategy

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Web, Email, and Chat channels
  • Leverage data, client feedback, and market research to anticipate trends and guide prioritization while balancing multiple priorities
  • Partner with business leads and engineering to translate requests into value criteria, product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics

Execution & Delivery

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Solutions teams to drive adoption and ensure business outcomes
  • Partner with engineering to anticipate technical trade-offs and bridge business and technology decisions
  • Mentor other members of the team on market analysis, roadmap development, stakeholder communication, and writing effective user stories

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • SaaS or B2B platform experience, preferably in data-intensive domains
  • Strong technical proficiency, analytical and problem solving skills in areas with complex data sets and regulations 
  • Experience with data pipelines, ingestion, and system integrations
    • Prior experience with scoring models, LLM, and OCR is a plus

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Estimated base salary range $110,000 - 150,000 plus annual discretionary bonus.
