About this Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and the end-to-end product delivery of our Predictive Procurement Platform.  You will be responsible for creating and managing product roadmaps and work cross-functionally to ensure that customer and stakeholder needs are being met.  You will work at the intersection of emerging technology and highly complex procurement processes to deliver a better user experience.  You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you can define clear problem statements, develop innovative solution ideas, and drive execution in collaboration with engineering and commercial stakeholders.  You are passionate about delivering best in class products which ultimately will make our customers successful. 

Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and execute on the Product roadmap for a specific functional area within the Arkestro Platform.
  • Engage with customers, prospects, and suppliers to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions.
  • Work closely with Data/Engineering to drive an efficient R&D process, from leading scrums to coordinating product releases.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to ensure that we maximize the product's impact on both customers and our business.
  • Identify areas where we can increase efficiency or drive cost savings for customers, by providing recommended next steps based on real-time customer data.

Necessary Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of enterprise SaaS experience in a Product role
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements
  • Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills
  • Possesses a user-centric mindset
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment

  • Application stack: React, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL
  • Workflow and Analytics: Intercom, Amplitude, Fullstory, Segment, Hubspot, Salesforce
  • Data science and visualization: Snowflake, Sigma, Python, SQL, Excel
Pay Range
$170,000$190,000 USD
