As the Senior Product Manager, you will be accountable for enhancing the market position of the products assigned to you. Your responsibilities will include defining the strategic direction for these products, executing critical tactics that support the overall business objectives and being an active leader of your portfolio. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with sales, trade and finance teams to ensure a clear understanding of mutual goals and the effective implementation of the strategies.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Defining brands/products strategy, based on business objectives and market environment.
  • Take ownership as a proactive leader, influencing stakeholders and guiding team efforts with clarity and purpose.
  • Developing, implementing, and overseeing the execution of promotional strategies for assigned products, aimed at maximizing the market position and market share.
  • Driving consistent execution of product strategy throughout Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Wholesalers, Pharmacies and Market Access using appropriate KPIs.
  • Delivering best in class campaigns & assets, based on category & customer insights.
  • Monitoring business performance, market trends and external environment via appropriate tools and taking corrective actions as required to meet business objectives.
  • Translating identified market opportunities into Business Cases and follows with excellent implementation
  • Optimizing channel/promotional mix for managed products through appropriate resource allocation that meets brand objectives and customer needs.
  • Creating annual and long-term sales plans and verifying their accuracy.
  • Managing assigned budget.
  • Continuous collaboration with Regional Managers, Medical Representatives, and other departments, conducting joint field visits to achieve planned objectives.
  • Training the Sales Force,
  • Ongoing cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing roles.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, in Rx or OTC marketing.
  • Proven and creative marketer with strong understanding of marketing mix, experienced in using diverse tools to deliver targets across complex portfolio
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams: internally & externally.
  • English and Polish proficiency, written and spoken.
  • Higher education degree.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to combine data from multiple sources, set priorities, and come up with logical, well-structured recommendations
