The Opportunity: Syncro is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a customer focus and a data-driven approach to lead and innovate to drive an exceptional customer experience for a new product initiative at Syncro. 

What you’ll be doing :

  • Identify opportunities and drive product strategy, ensuring differentiation via a deep customer and market understanding. 
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in conjunction with your engineering and design partners. 
  • Help develop sales enablement tools including effective product demos, and other tools to educate our customers. 
  • Measure product adoption and track business outcomes to understand and communicate the impact of product launches. Use data to drive decisions and to optimize the user journey.
  • Work with product marketing to refine segmentation and go-to-market strategies based on market research, competitive analysis, and an unwavering focus on the customer.
  • Communicate the roadmap and plans creating excitement and alignment within your team and across the company.
  • Work closely with marketing, support, and partner success teams on launching new features and communicating the value as well as the details. 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Experience as a product manager working with SaaS products in the IT space.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 is preferred.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Ability to understand technically focused product capabilities and tell a story that seamlessly ties product features into customer value.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills including the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and inform decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and systems.
  • Strong communication skills, including collaborative problem-solving and interpersonal relationship building.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience working with product analytics tools. For example: Pendo, Amplitude…etc
  • A deep grasp of technical principles and software development
