Senior Product Manager (TraceLink, Inc. – Wilmington, MA):

Responsible for managing products from cradle to grave, justifying new product development investments, determining, and documenting new product requirements, and facilitating product rollout.

Duties include:

  • Develop and launch features to solve for digitizing the manual recalls management process across the supply chain, enabling efficiency and patient safety.
  • Identifying product opportunities by sizing Total Addressable Markets.
  • Discover recalls process related market challenges and identify solutions via various avenues, including Innovation Forums, Market Research, Product Office Hours, War Rooms and Leveraging tools like JIRA and Monday.com to define and maintain product roadmap.
  • Iterate on the definition of recalls requirements, design, and specifications.
  • Define recalls product features and functions, and work closely with User Experience team on product UI design mockups.
  • Conduct design reviews of recalls use cases and user interface designs with Development, Quality Assurance, Professional Services and other internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Development and Quality Assurance to resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in bug triage and prioritization.
  • Work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Architects, Engineers, Business Management, Solution Consultants, Services, and Product Experience, which includes User Experience and Technical Communications.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field, plus 3 years of experience in any Product Manager, Systems Engineering, or related position.  

Experience, which may be gained concurrently, must include the following:

  • 3 years of experience with Implementation or requirements definition experience within Cloud, SaaS, and/or complex supply chain networks.
  • 3 years of experience with SOAP and REST web service APIs and their application.
  • 3 years of experience with Recall Management quality processes across the supply chain.
  • 3 years of experience with Supply Chain knowledge – Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing (CMO/CPO), Wholesaler/Distributor, 3PL (3rd Party Logistic), Pharmaceutical Dispensers (retail/hospital).
  • 3 years of experience with serialization, EPCIS and related technologies.
  • 3 years of experience with GS1 serialization and track and trace standards.
  • 3 years of experience with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • 3 years of experience with enterprise software: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Workflow Systems, Document Management Systems.
  • 3 years of experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud platforms.

Salary:

$166K - $180K/year.

Job Site:

200 Ballardvale Street, Wilmington, MA 01887. Full-time.
