Job Description:

Join Cotality in shaping the future of geospatial insights. Cotality is seeking a hybrid-remote strategic and driven Senior Product Manager for its Location Intelligence product line. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from customer discovery and innovation to roadmap execution and revenue planning. Your work will directly impact how businesses leverage property and location data to make informed decisions.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver against product milestones, while also working with sales, account managers, and technical experts to position and evolve our product offerings

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities by analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps, leveraging Cotality’s data and analytics strengths in property and location data.

  • Develop and execute strategic product plans, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and alignment with broader business objectives

  • Lead the full product lifecycle—from ideation and roadmap development to launch and growth—ensuring clear prioritization and cross-functional alignment

  • Engage directly with clients and industry stakeholders to gather insights, validate needs, and represent Cotality at conferences and forums

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, packaging, pricing, and distribution plans

  • Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to align product vision with company strategy and drive business impact

  • Own revenue and profitability goals for the Location Intelligence portfolio, continuously optimizing performance through data-driven decision-making

Job Qualifications:

  • Required: Demonstrated experience with geospatial technologies, tools, and trends, including applying spatial data to solve business problems

  • Required: Proven track record of working with data products, including productizing data via licensing, APIs, and SaaS delivery models

  • Strong product management experience (5+ years) across multiple products and markets, with a history of driving growth and innovation

  • Hands-on experience managing product portfolios as an individual contributor, with strong executional and organizational skills

  • Solid understanding of emerging technologies such as cloud computing and artificial intelligence and how they impact product development

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and executive teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred

Annual Pay Range:

93,800 - 140,000 USD
