GENERAL PURPOSE

We need an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team, focusing on data integrations upstream and downstream across a portfolio of digital tools. This role requires knowledge in software engineering and knowledge of AI-based products. You will be tasked with crafting and selling a vision, gathering requirements across internal and external stakeholders, and working with Engineering teams to break down and prioritize work. You need a proven ability to demonstrate measurable business impact. You need to thrive in ambiguous situations and are a true team player. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency and change across the MillerKnoll sales cycle. You will craft solutions which create efficiencies and value for our sellers. 

As a Senior Product Manager on the Digital team, you will serve as a product champion for a specified product. Providing management and support in launching, enhancing, and integrating a set of digital tools across the organization. You will be a key factor in enabling growth in MillerKnoll digital experiences for internal and external users; responsible for the underlying technology and infrastructure that supports the products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

•    Manages set of internal digital tools that integrate with digital products throughout MillerKnoll, supporting the overall vision and strategy of the organization.
o    Defines product features and requirements and leads the implementation of new digital products and/or digital product updates.
o    Develops, drives, and implements individual, multiple, or more critical product plans and strategy.
o    Ensures all necessary user acceptance, performance, and post production testing is conducted and documented according to MillerKnoll testing guidelines.
•    Evaluates and communicates performance of one or more digital properties.
•    Leads cross-functional project teams to implement and maintain product features.
•    Manages third party vendors in support of digital properties.
•    Utilizes analytics and customer research to measure product effectiveness and to direct future product development.
•    Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and enterprise architects to establish technology and product architecture in regard to integrations and flow of data, information, or assets.
o    Proactively recommends process changes and provides feedback on systems needs.
o    Provides consulting, guidance, troubleshooting and solutions to issues for client challenges.
o    Researches and maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and how they may optimize current business practices.

 
Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
 

QUALIFICATIONS

Understanding of Contract Furniture industry. Able to highlight unique industry needs within a dealership, A&D firm, and Commercial Real Estate
Experience working with multiple Agile engineering teams
Experience managing data structuring, mapping, API creation, and merchandising
Proven ability to be a product advocate; able to describe a product, its value, how it works, and how it should be adopted. Seamlessly speak to the product roadmap, tailoring your approach based on the audience.
Ability to prioritize competing needs and make collaborative decisions in ambiguous situations
In-depth understanding of technology systems and the ecosystem the team works in to help overcome roadblocks
Previous experience and successful track-record of learning new tools and technologies
Comfortable developing use cases and presenting to senior leadership, advocating for resource support and prioritization
Natural and creative problem-solver, leading through influence and relationship building cross-functionally within all areas of the business

Education/Experience
 
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of professional experience with a combined background of product management and software engineering

True salary range for this position based on desired qualifications and years of experience: $95,000 - $115,000.

A starting compensation range for this role is $109,250.00 - $149,500.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
