Senior Product Manager
Location: West Los Angeles, CA (Onsite 5 days/week)
Role OverviewDaybreak is transforming the treatment of sleep apnea through technology-enabled care. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of critical internal and external products that power our business and improve the patient and provider experience.
This role will lead cross-functional product initiatives across engineering, operations, analytics, and design, translating business needs into scalable product solutions. You'll work closely with technical teams to prioritize development, drive execution, and deliver products that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where product managers are expected to take ownership, influence strategy, and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
Own the product roadmap, prioritization, execution, and post-launch success for key Daybreak products and platforms.
Partner with leadership to define product strategy and align roadmaps with company objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, operational efficiency, and customer experiences through technology.
Balance business priorities, technical constraints, and user needs when making product decisions.
Product Development & Delivery
Partner closely with engineering teams on backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and feature delivery.
Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through launch.
Define success metrics and monitor product performance using data and user feedback.
Conduct user research, gather stakeholder feedback, and incorporate insights into future product iterations.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Design, Customer Experience, and other business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead product demonstrations, release planning, and stakeholder updates.
Support change management, user adoption, and internal training for new product launches.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or technology-driven environments.
Experience leading highly technical products in close partnership with software engineering teams.
Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and execution for complex software products.
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Strong proficiency with Jira is required.
Hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum environments, with active participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Experience using Miro for product discovery, process mapping, or collaborative planning.
Experience managing products supporting high-volume customer workflows or transaction-heavy platforms.
Experience working within direct-to-consumer (DTC) and/or eCommerce customer lifecycle and pipeline flows.
Strong understanding of customer journeys, operational workflows, and cross-functional system integrations.
Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience defining KPIs and leveraging data to prioritize initiatives and measure success.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Design, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership.
Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to improve product development, productivity, and decision-making.
Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Ability to work onsite five days per week in West Los Angeles.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Salesforce and CRM-driven workflows.
Experience building internal tools, workflow automation, or operational platforms.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
Experience in healthcare, health tech, or other regulated industries.
Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and user research teams.
