JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX is seeking a Senior Product Manager specializing in Qualitative Intelligence Architecture to define, build, and govern the organization's authoritative qualitative intelligence platform and system of record for customer, audience, stakeholder, and market feedback.

Reporting to the VP, Product Research & Analytics, this role will transform qualitative insights from a human-driven service into a scalable product capability that can be consumed by people, enterprise systems, and AI agents. As the Product Owner for FOX's qualitative intelligence products, you will own the strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap for enterprise qualitative data assets, enabling qualitative intelligence to integrate seamlessly with behavioral analytics, experimentation platforms, self-service analytics, and AI-powered decision-making.

Working closely with Product Analytics, Data Engineering, Product Management, Design, Research, and AI platform teams, you will establish the systems, governance frameworks, ingestion pipelines, and context-layer architecture that power FOX's Product Learning System and accelerate organizational learning at scale.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for FOX's qualitative intelligence architecture and enterprise qualitative data products.
  • Own backlog prioritization, roadmap execution, stakeholder alignment, adoption strategy, and business outcomes.
  • Serve as Product Owner for qualitative intelligence capabilities within FOX's Product Learning System.
  • Develop long-term strategies for collecting, governing, integrating, and operationalizing qualitative intelligence across the organization.
  • Define canonical data models, metadata standards, taxonomies, and governance frameworks that improve discoverability, traceability, quality, and reuse.
  • Lead the architecture and lifecycle management of qualitative intelligence assets, including customer feedback, user research, usability studies, surveys, social sentiment, app store reviews, organizational research, and industry intelligence.
  • Drive integration of qualitative intelligence with behavioral analytics, experimentation results, and engagement data to create a unified product intelligence ecosystem.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to build scalable ingestion pipelines, retrieval systems, and knowledge management infrastructure.
  • Define machine-consumable context-layer requirements that support AI agents, experimentation platforms, self-service analytics, and decision-support tools.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and vendors that improve enterprise access to qualitative intelligence.
  • Establish scalable operational processes for data ingestion, validation, governance, documentation, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop metrics that measure adoption, data quality, discoverability, operational efficiency, and business impact.
  • Reduce dependency on tribal knowledge through structured systems, automation, and governance.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Research teams to translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities.
  • Champion adoption of qualitative intelligence products across FOX and serve as a strategic advisor on customer understanding and organizational learning.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics, Knowledge Management, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience building and managing enterprise data products, information architectures, knowledge graphs, or knowledge management platforms.
  • Deep understanding of data architecture and modern cloud data ecosystems, including platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Amazon Redshift.
  • Experience managing large-scale repositories of structured and unstructured information.
  • Experience developing AI-enabled products and working with large language models (LLMs), retrieval systems, vector databases, knowledge graphs, MCP frameworks, or enterprise knowledge platforms.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional product initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong understanding of qualitative research methodologies, customer feedback systems, and organizational learning practices.
  • Experience designing scalable governance frameworks, operational processes, and enterprise data standards.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and platform capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience with behavioral analytics, experimentation platforms, and self-service analytics ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Statsig, Optimizely, or similar product analytics platforms.
  • Experience in media, streaming, subscription businesses, or consumer digital products.
  • Experience supporting AI-driven knowledge management, personalization, or enterprise intelligence initiatives.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
