Senior Product Manager - WIQ

We’re looking for a Senior+ Product Manager to join our Intelligence team, with experience integrating AI features, agents, and insights into products. MaintainX helps manufacturing customers protect their multi-million dollar equipment. When machines go down, production stops, inventory targets slip, and revenue is lost. Customers then rush-order parts and services to get back online, making downtime their biggest cost driver. In this role, you’ll partner closely with product and engineering teams to deliver AI- and agent-driven capabilities that enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and proactively provide actionable insights.

What you’ll do:

• Work directly with our customers and their data to design and build AI agents and insights into core MaintainX workflows.
• Define a product strategy that creates generalized, foundational capabilities for rapidly developing intelligent agents that can scale across our large and diverse customer base.
• Develop a longer-term AI and ML vision that embeds the right level and type of agentic support across our customers’ maintenance journey, from proactive scheduling to automated parts reordering.
• Shape agent workflows that anticipate customer needs, automate routine actions, and surface the most impactful insights at the right moment.
• Leverage data and user research to ensure agentic solutions solve the right problems for our customers and deliver measurable business impact.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to drive successful GTM launches of AI- and agent-driven products.
• Inspire and motivate a team of designers and engineers to deliver ambitious, high-impact outcomes.
• Define success metrics to measure and evaluate the adoption, accuracy, and ROI of agent workflows.

About you:

• 4 to 6+ years in product management with experience building ML-driven products in B2B or B2C.
• Experience building intelligent agents, agent workflows, or model-driven applications within or for the manufacturing industry. Hands-on familiarity with LLMs is especially relevant.
• Track record of co-developing solutions with enterprise-sized customers (5,000+ employees).
• Thrive in early-stage start-ups with the ability to balance scrappy execution for fast results alongside creating frameworks and processes to scale the team.
• Can inspire and rally a team around a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet specific KPIs.
• Strong collaborator, able to build trust across executives, ICs, and customers alike.
• Adept at pattern recognition, with the ability to apply proven solutions to MaintainX-specific problems without reinventing the wheel.
