Position Summary

The Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy and execution for AI-driven automation platform and modern data lakehouse architecture. Drive technical product vision for complex healthcare claims processing transformation while ensuring seamless integration between legacy systems, operational workflows, and cutting-edge technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Framework Development & Strategy (40%)
  • Partner with Engineering to define and deliver agentic AI framework architecture
  • Translate complex RCM analyst workflows into automated AI-driven processes
  • Oversee development of AI agents for complex claims automation
  • Establish governance framework for AI model performance, accuracy, and compliance
  • Drive adoption of AI automation into operational workflows with minimal disruption
  • Define success metrics and ROI measurement for AI implementation initiatives
  • Modern Lakehouse Platform Leadership (35%)
  • Lead product strategy for structured and unstructured data aggregation platform
  • Collaborate with Engineering on lakehouse architecture decisions and technology stack
  • Prioritize data ingestion capabilities based on operational impact and technical feasibility
  • Oversee integration between modern lakehouse and legacy .NET SQL database systems
  • Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks for healthcare data
  • Define APIs and data access patterns for both AI agents and operational systems
  • Operations Partnership & Legacy Integration (25%)
  • Collaborate with RCM Operations leadership to identify automation opportunities
  • Translate operational pain points into technical product requirements for AI agents
  • Ensure seamless integration between new AI systems and existing .NET 4.5 application
  • Partner with operational liaisons to manage change management and user adoption
  • Establish KPIs for operational efficiency improvements and accuracy metrics
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated technology solutions

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 7+ years product management experience with 5+ years in senior technical product roles
  • Strong technical background in data architecture, AI/ML systems, and enterprise software
  • Experience with modern data platforms (lakehouse, data mesh architectures)
  • Proven track record with AI/ML product development and agentic frameworks
  • Understanding of legacy system integration and modernization strategies
  • Healthcare technology experience, preferably in RCM, claims processing, or healthcare payments
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • Strong background in B2B enterprise software and operational workflow optimization
  • Experience identifying and developing adjacent product opportunities
  • Financial acumen for ROI analysis and business case development
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Special Considerations & Prerequisites

  • Technical fluency in healthcare data standards (HL7, X12, FHIR)
  • Experience with .NET ecosystem and SQL Server integration patterns
  • Change management experience in operational technology transformations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and operational teams
  • Strategic thinking with ability to balance technical debt, innovation, and business value
