As Senior Product Manager, Product Accessibility, you will partner with product teams to drive the execution of inclusive and accessible player experiences across Riot’s portfolio. You will be expected to use your experience in product leadership, accessibility, and systems thinking to create solutions that scale, improve player experiences, and empower teams to build accessibility into their products from the ground up. 

The Senior Product Manager, Product Accessibility will serve as a critical connector between our central Product Accessibility team and product teams across the organization. This role collaborates closely with design, engineering, research, QA, and compliance teams to prioritize and implement accessibility solutions, governance, and infrastructure. You’ll help define requirements, create accountability frameworks, integrate player feedback, in order to deliver on our values. This position will report to the Director of Product Accessibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive product strategy and roadmap for accessibility features and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, research, QA, and support teams to embed accessibility throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Translate player needs and accessibility standards into actionable product requirements and success metrics.
  • Establish governance models and frameworks to support team accountability and progress in accessibility initiatives.
  • Prioritize accessibility features and improvements across multiple teams and tools.
  • Incorporate findings from usability studies, community feedback, and accessibility testing into product planning.
  • Partner with platform and developer experience teams to enhance tooling and support for accessible product development.
  • Communicate accessibility strategies, progress, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Contribute to training and education efforts to elevate accessibility maturity across the organization.
  • Stay informed on trends, technologies, and standards in digital accessibility and inclusive design.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in technology, software, or gaming environments.
  • 2+ years of direct experience leading or contributing to accessibility initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, CVAA, Section 508, EAA) and familiarity with assistive technologies.
  • Proven ability to define product roadmaps, write specifications, and guide cross-functional teams through execution.
  • Have a strong understanding of core game design technologies (Unity, Unreal etc.) 
  • Experience synthesizing user data, research, and technical constraints into clear product decisions.
  • Proficiency with product development tools such as Jira, Confluence, and roadmapping tools.
  • Experience testing with flash-rate testing tools (eg. Harding, PEAT etc.)
  • Possess empathy for our diverse user and player base, a deep understanding of user-centered design and development
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of and fluency in the software development life cycle.
  • Ability to deliver training to product teams.
Desired Qualifications: 
  • Experience with games, entertainment, or player-focused platforms.
  • Experience with accessible product, game or web design
  • Experience in multi-platform product management on Mobile, PC, and Console
